These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of metriq, a software product owned and operated by Kashyap LLC. By using metriq, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

metriq provides advertising analytics and profit calculation tools for Shopify brands. Analytics figures are estimates based on connected platform data and may vary from actual financial results. metriq is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your selected plan is charged automatically unless you cancel.

Refund policy

If metriq isn't right for you within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@gometriq.com for a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse metriq, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, metriq and Kashyap LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

metriq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Profit calculations depend on data accuracy from third-party platforms and COGS settings you provide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
