Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change plans from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with 2 months free is available on request. Contact hello@gometriq.com for annual pricing.
What is your refund policy?
If metriq isn't right for you within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
What happens when I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your billing period. Data is retained 90 days, then permanently deleted.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
